Since 1975, the YMCA International Learning Center (ILC) in Boston and Woburn has been dedicated to empowering non-native English speakers. The ILC’s mission is to assist immigrants and refugees in achieving their personal, educational, and employment objectives through a diverse range of English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) classes and services.
