Founded in June 2000, Hua Cheng Education Centre, located at Eastpoint Mall, is guided by a team of experienced NIE-trained educators. Our primary goal is to deliver top-notch, accountable, and easily accessible educational services to the younger generation. We have crafted a unique curriculum and teaching methodologies for the Chinese language, in line with the current MOE Chinese syllabus.
