Established in 1975, the Arlington Education and Employment Program (REEP) is a distinguished institution dedicated to serving the education and employment needs of limited English proficient adults in Arlington. REEP integrates language, culture, civics, digital literacy, and workforce preparation to assist adult learners from over 110 countries in improving their English language skills and adapting to American society.
