The English Language Program (ELP) at the Islamic University provides a comprehensive range of General English courses across 10 proficiency levels. Tailored to individual learners through a pre-course assessment, each level consists of a 4-week duration, with classes scheduled 3 evenings per week. Participants actively engage in daily tasks via a dedicated online platform and are equipped to deliver multiple presentations throughout the program.
Aligned with Saudi Arabia’s culture and traditions, ELP adopts the globally recognized Oxford Headway Plus Special Edition curriculum. Our instructors, hailing from the US, UK, and Canada, are native English speakers with extensive teaching experience and professional certifications. The program’s primary objective is to deliver high-quality English language courses for both individuals and sectors, creating a dynamic learning environment that culminates in accredited certificates.
Weekly evaluations of participants’ performance are conducted, with detailed reports provided. Upon successful completion of every two levels, learners are awarded attendance certificates along with the option for pass certificates. ELP underscores the importance of academic dedication, requiring active participation in class activities, consistent attendance, and adherence to instructors’ guidance. Our policies on attendance, absence, fee refunds, and course materials are clearly delineated to ensure a structured and efficient learning journey.
